i never initiate hugs to anyone, but i hugged my cousin, and before she hugged me, she laughed, and then hugged me. what do you think her laugh meant?

she just probably was surprised that a 15 year old wanted to give her a hug. usually around your age you want nothing to do with your elders. it was probably a pleasant laugh. no worries!

I am with the rest. She was probably shocked you gave her one. You might of caught her off guard and made her feel a bit uncomfortable. Cause you said you never give them out. But no worries. I'm sure she was happy and felt loved after.

Maybe she's recognizing that you're coming out of your hugging shell....I had that until I was nearly 30, believe it or not. Now I can hug anybody (within reason, of course). I guess congratulations are in order.

nothing,maybe she's happy to see you, and usually people your age are too cold and not huggie people so maybe it shocked her
