The answer is - NO!!!!
But if we did - then the millions of degrees below zero would be a time warp - and the Nuclear Bomb would throw us into a black hole worm hole and we could come out the same time tomorrow, but think it was still today, in which case it would not be detectable in any case, but we would have one days less memory in our head, but noone would miss the day because we would still think it was the day before, so yeah, I see what you're saying, perhaps we ARE living in an undetectible liquid. Or an anti-gravity perpetual motion machine???
It's all explained by string theory.
And, by the way - this is EXACTLY the kind of question that "YA" should be cluttered with.

First of all, absolute zero temperature is -273 Celsius or -454 Kelvin, so there is no "millions of degrees below zero".
Anything undetectable can always be postulated. We could not see an object that has 4 physical dimensions just as a two-dimension being cannot see us. However, we do not need this special liquid to understand the effects of an nuclear (A-bomb) or thermonuclear (H-bomb) device.

Everything in this universe exists within an ether, which is a foam having properties of a solid. Most people think the ether is a perfect gas, but there are no transverse waves in a gas; light is a transverse wave, so the ether must be a solid.
Our ether is a scaled down version of our cosmic foam; it is the cosmic foam of a sub-universe. Our cosmic foam is the ether foam of a super-universe. Particles are tiny regions in which the mean bubble size in the ether is significantly larger or smaller than the surroundings.
