Depends on who says it and how they say it. But it can be both an insult or a compliment. Personally, a tease isn't an insult it just means flirty and open personally.

Depends how they say it. If I am purposely teasing them then it's all in good fun. But one time a guy said that to me in a negative way (saying that becuz I dressed a certain way I was a tease) & I had to get roudy on him for that insult. It's all about the context.

:) I would take that as a compliment. I am a tease and a flirt and have been called that many many times in my life. I do no wrong with flirting and teasing. It's all innocent and fun , and it keeps them on their toes. :)
