True story, really!
In 1989, I had a new girlfriend who was going to college at Cabrini College, a Liberal Arts college in Radnor, PA, USA.
One night, I was waiting for my girlfriend and I saw a young woman come out of one building, and walk into another. What caught my eye was that the girl was dressed in an ankle-length white skirt and a long-sleeve white blouse . If it was the 60's I would have called her dress the "Granny" look. It was very old-fashioned; she even had funny looking button-up shoes!
A few days later I mentioned the girl I saw and my girlfriend and all her friends said that I had seen Lucy the Ghost!
It seems the school occupies land and a mansion donated by a rich family who had a daughter named Lucy at the turn of the 20th century. Lucy fell in love with a stable-boy but when the family learned of it, they sent the stable-boy back to the "old Counrty" so the lovers never saw each other again.
Lucy was so sad, she eventually hanged herself in the attic.
Now Lucy can be seen occasionally wandering the campus looking for her lost love!
At first I was skeptical, but years later on the History Channel, they had an episode of "Haunted History" that featured Philadelphia, and there they told the story of Lucy the ghost of Cabrini College! Stange but true!

there is a place close to my home called spook bridge, i found it on the Internet, and i have been there several times, every time i go i get good proof. last Halloween my son and myself went out there. we got there at midnight, and stayed till about 3;30 am.we were all the way at the end of the bridge and all our batteries started dieing.we changed them till we used them all.even though we got almost 200 pics, we ran out of batteries.so the last hour we couldn't take pics or record anything.we were standing at the end about 3/4 mile from the truck, and we could see people coming toward us between us and the truck, i told my son this may be the law, they patrol the area all the time,my son said it's not the law he could tell there was no uniforms,so we decided to walk toward them, when we did they spread out across the bridge like a line, there seem to be 4 or 5 of them.as we walked toward them they started to disappear, and we both saw the very same thing,by the time we got to where they should have been they were gone.and the only way anybody could have got away from us would be to jump over the bridge.there was no one in the water.we would have heard that, don't know for sure what it was,my only thoughts were it had to be ghost. we know several people have died there.so that's my story. what do you think?

NO but my uncle and my Grandfather have...
My uncle was sitting in his room of his vacation home, when the room became icy cold. Next he looked down at the comforter and there was an imprint in it, as though some one was sitting beside him...Well I guess he didn't exactly see a ghost but my Grandpa did!
He was delivering milk to a old restaurant at about 4 in the morning. The lady that used to own it died about 3 days ago when he went. He went inside to the kitchen and put the milk in the refrigerator, when he came back out to were the tables were, he saw the lady and about three of her other friends that had died, sitting at a table, smoking, and chatting away. My grandpa ran when he saw that!

Yes, I have seen a ghost. The night of August 5, 1978, my brother walked into my bedroom in Tustin, California in the middle of the night. I sat up in bed and looked groggily at him and he stared at me for a moment. Then he turned around without a word and walked out, closing the bedroom door behind him. My wife stirred in her sleep but did not awaken. I went back to sleep. The next day I was advised that my brother had died the night before at exactly the same time he walked into my bedroom. But he died in Rock Springs, Wyoming, nearly two thousand miles away.
I believe to this day that he came to me at the moment of death to say a wordless good bye. This is an absolutely true story. My brother's ghost is the only one I have ever seen.

Yes I have. When I was a kid, I saw my mothers dead grandfather...he used to pace up and down the hall way and past my bedroom door....it frightened the beejeezus out of me!
When I was 17, I saw a young girl in my house, wearing a pink skirt....I followed her thinking it was my sister....but she vanished (it seems) into thin air and my sister was outside sunbaking....and no, she wasn't wearing a pink skirt!
My four year old has also seen a ghost...this one was not friendly though...he didn't do anything to harm us however, there was an awful feeling in the living room where he used to hang out. We don't live there anymore, thank goodness ha!

Oh lord..too many to tell..but I actually refer to them as spirits, since I am not sure if they are actually the "ghost" of a person..
1. Growing up in a haunted house, we got used to the things that were there..most of this was poltergeist work, so we did not see the entity for the most part, only witnessed it's handiwork.
2. Climbed up a ladder to a rooftop in a friend's apartment, there was a demon or something sitting at the top, looking down. It was small in stature, crouched down, and had eyes without pupils. It seemed to be grinning (?) It scared me so bad, I feel 6 feet onto my back.
3. In my ex's house..we saw the spirit of a female-type thing gliding down the hall in it's bathrobe. Also, the fireplace sneered at us. (hard to describe..)
4. Just 2 nights ago, something shook my foot really hard and I sat up, thinking my son had fallen off the bed. I looked down and saw some THING looking at me..it then slunk off and that was that. Hard to describe.
I looked over and my son was still fast asleep. WHO KNOWS what the hell that was.
There are so many things..they seem to follow me my whole life!

NO
but there have been times when I would swear that someone was in the room with me.
Once ,a few hours after my Mother In Law passed away .
I was standing in her kitchen alone while my husband took his Dad to take care of arrangements . I could sense her standing in the door way to there bed room asking me to take care of him.
It was not a frightening experience -she was such a loving person- I did say- out loud that -yes we would do our very best to take care of him. That is how real it was !
