Rottentomatoes.com combines the ratings from virtualy every movie rating website they can find into one place. "Rotten" movies are movies with overall bad ratings. That is probably the best place to go. As for articles and updates, try upcomingmovies.com or imdb.com.

I also agree with people that have voted for Rotten Tomatoes, but there is also Metacritic.com, they also have the same things, but a bit different rating system. But defnily check otu Rotten Tomatoes, and you can even in what cities the critics thought of each movie.

I like movies.go.com and filmcritic.com, they are more to my taste then rottentomatoes. But sometimes rottentomatoes has more amusing articles
