They throw them in the trash. If you asked your local florist, they may let you have them. Florists I have asked have.

They use it as a compost for decomposing into soil that nourrishes the plants.

They probably dump them in their compost pile or hide them inside arrangements

all flowers that have been cut are dead. They sell them and if they get too bad they toss em or make potpourri
