Wife claims abuse because husband took sexy video of themselves, BUT she is seen on Video asking husband " take a video of this dirty sexy sexy woman". Also in part of video she asks to use the cam corder and then tapes sex of them. Also before marriage she sent sexy pictures to him via the internet she took of herself while she was in another country and he was in USA. Also she made her own sexy clothes. What would a jury think?

It depends, obviously she consented to the taping, but it could be considered abuse if you used that tape to control/blackmail her or if you distributed it in any way (internet, friends, whatever) without her consent.

I don't think that it has a chance to hold up in court. She' s asking for it. Especially when it shows it right in the video. She seems to be a very promiscuious and not shy about her pictures and video and clothes. I really doubt that any judge would say that she was abused. If anything she abused herself by doing all those things/

He obviously doesn't think you're as hot as you do. He put those other women on his computer because he was turned on by them. Evidently, he likes more than just your body or he's only with you because of the attention he gets from other people. Either way, you are way too full of yourself and he's just not interested in looking at your naked body all the time. Get over it. I'm sure you get enough attention by other men.

They'd think she had regret afterward perhaps, but knew the tapes were being made and had no problem with it at the time.

The only issue I see, is perhaps if he shared the videos with others or posted online without her permission/consent.

If all that is on the video she has no case. He has no right to show the video to anyone else other than the two of them though and if he does, she has the right to sue him.

How does she think this would be considered abuse? There must be more to this story.
