In a battle could either of them be destroyed? They can't die because it seems that both of them are immune to it. The battle can be anywhere with there weapons of choice. Who wins and why?

I have answered this one before, bu there goes again. Spawn. Ghost Rider was given powers by Mephistopheles, and Spawn by the Malebolgia. Mephistopheles is still around whereas Malebolgia was killed by Spawn, who then took his place. Spawn was limited in his powers by Malebolgia, however now that Spawn is the ruler of the 7th level of Hell, he has no limits in place. Ghost Riders's Penance Stare and all his powers would be useless against a ruler in Hell such as Spawn. Prior to his becoming Spawn, Al Simmons, was a world class assassin, what was Ghost Rider? Oh yeah, a motorcycle stuntman...

Ghost rider
Spawn's powers have limits and when they are exhausted he expires. all GR would have to do is keep at him and make him use his powers until he dies.plus the stare would get spawn hands down

i have to agree that spawn would win.even if he had limited power he still has a wider variety of moves.he can basically do whatever the hell he wants so ghost rider could give him a fight but probably a short brutal one.

good one love them both but i gotta say the Rider cuz that soul crush is crazy and spawn killed alot of people when he was alive
