Is US the largest.With so many restrictions i dot think so.Who are the major xporters in the world

The US is first, in that it exports not only war materiel, but whole armies to other countries.

Next is Israel, which receives over 75% of its 'defense products' from the US, then turns around and resells them to individuals, rebel groups and countries that are on the US restricted list. Israel's exports are 55% arms.

The US has 67% of its budget for defense. This is in contrast to 6% for China, and China has nuclear warheads, missiles, and an army 10 times the size of the US military.
