A Friend Like You, Who Needs Ememies?

You put me through hell,
How do you sleep so well,
Knowing what you put me through,
What did I ever do to you?

I always picked up your slack,
Yet you stab me in the back.
Do you know how hard it is to hate,
The person you thought was brought to you by fate?

I loved you with my whole heart.
You just tore me apart.
My best friend, my sister, my everything,
Now to me you mean nothing.

All I did was give and give,
Now without you I'm going to live.
Do you know how hard you are to please?!
With a friend like you, who needs ememies.

Sounds more like an angry letter than a poem.

as i look into this window, whatever do i see? someone looking back who reminds me of me...a servant of others, with giving hands, who never complains of others demands, who wears the mask of a smile, over the face of pain, tears on my pillow, salty rain, who works so hard to please and make a friend, and winds up with the short part in the bitter end...........as life goes on and search for the one, this has ended, and another has begun,,lol...lol...lol
