Klamath Falls, is a city in Klamath County, Oregon, United States. Originally called Linkville when George Nurse founded the town in 1867, after the Link River on whose falls this city sits. The name was changed to Klamath Falls circa 1892.

There is to my recollection nothing in the line of true waterfalls there. I can not remember the exact name for it given by the Klamath Indians. But it was disovered the water would run upstream in high winds. Name of the area had changed a time or two.
Since then , there was alot of water DIVERTING changes made to the river over the last two centeries. Big arguements between farmers and fishermen. Alot of fish were lost to farms, and alot of crops were lost to fish.
The area has had alot of military history Indians,WWI-WWII. Somewher close y and in that era was a Asian(?) (Japanese?)bomb that killed women and children. So I am sure there s lot of info online somewhere.
ADDED:
went to take a quick search look around net. City is referred as sitting on falls site. hmm still dont recall anyting you'd call Falls. Maybe someone can find a photo of them?

While I am not familiar with your home market, it seems that your price may still be to high. I say this because if you have many showings and no offers, the number one reason for this would be price. We often advise our sellers that if we don't see an offer after 3 weeks or 10 showings (whichever comes first) we need to re-evaluate. Most often the price is the problem. You may have another problem as well - size. 648 sq.feet is smaller than most garages in my market. Ask your agent to look into the zoning in your area. Is it possible to turn your property into a duplex or more? Consider this and the possiblilty of either seller-financing or attracting an investor.
