i havent grown this past summer but everbody did.when i was 13 i was 5,3

Take heart. Everyone grows at their own pace. Unless both of your parents are 5'5" or shorter, you are likely to be taller than you are by the time you reach adulthood.
When I was a junior in high school, there was this freshman boy who was about 5'2". He was not only short for his age, but his face even looked like he belonged in elementary school still, even though he was 14. By the time I was a senior and he returned to school as a sophomore, he had grown several inches over the summer and was about 5'10". It does happen. I'm not saying you will grow several inches all at once, but I am saying that your body is not finished growing yet at the age of 14.
My son is now 18. When he was 14, he was also 5'5", same as you. I am also 5'4", same as your mother. My ex-husband (my son's father) is 6'2-1/2" tall, so when my son was 5'5" tall at the age of 14, she wondered if he would be closer to my height than to his father's height when he was an adult. Well, he is now an adult and he is 6 feet tall. Give it time and don't compare yourself to other guys. It's hard, I know, but just be confident and don't worry about it. You're not done growing yet!

It sounds though like you may have had a growthspurt young. That happened to me, I was super tall when I was younger, but now I'm really short, and everybody I know is so much taller.
But I'm sure you'll grow more, just wait.

i am in the same boat as you. I am 5,5 going to be a sophmore this year. I visited an endocronologist to see what he had to say and he took an XRay of my bones which indicated that they were the size of a 12 year olds and suggested taking hormones. so i would suggest doing the same by visiting an endocronologist.

Hey man dont worry about it, i was only 5'6 entering highschool and now im 6'. So i think that you will hit your growth spurt within the next year. Nothing to worry about.

I don't know if you're going to "spurt," but most men keep growing until they're 21, whereas girls stop much earlier. You probably won't make it to 6', but you're still going to grow.
