I have a few "fair weather friends" but I don't really talk to them all that much. Then I have 2 or 3 true friends that have always been there for me good times and bad. I have fallen on hard times before and they helped me out in any way they could. But then I've always been there for them too. Those kind of friends are the best...even though we p1ss each other off sometimes, but we stick by each other.

Well honey, that will depend on how well you know or trust your friends. Frankly speaking, when comes to food, there're always no problems at all as we can share the foods with our friends, or take the food which they packeted for us.
As for the money, it will be a major issue as even the friends you trust may not lend you, whether they are rich or not. Money makes the world go round, but hurts feelings. Not to mention friends, even family members are at loggerheads these days because of money.

Indeed ... my Mother In Law is a Saint. We fell on hard times and my Mother In Law sent us enough money to pay the Mtg, Car Payment and a little extra.

The only time I had a problem with money, it was my father who came through. Thats why when he had a stroke, it was me who took care of him. He would have been hurt if I had asked someone else.
