Where exactly is the neutral safety switch located in a 1994 chevy blazer?

i know the area of the location, but cannot find it.

Do you have a standard trans or an automatic? If it is a standard the safety switch is mounted on the clutch pedal linkage under the dash and if it helps you will be looking for yellow and purple wires connected to the switch. If it is an auto trans, the safety switch is mounted on the side of the trans where the linkage attaches to the trans. The switch has a hole in it where the link goes through into the trans. Under the dashboard,mounted on the steering column,near the bottom,only snapped in,no screw attached.
