sad but sick person .i saw his story on A&E,if he would have gotten help earlier in his life he may have never turned out the way he did

what i find very that hard to understand is how folks like that get old enough to commit that type of actions and not be detected along the way -- a normal person does not get up one morning and say "to day i am going to kill a person" someone down the line should have stepped up to the plate and either try to help him or report the suspected behavior.
