I heard there's a program to know who's blocking u on his msn list of contacts
so can someone tell me what's the program and how to get it????

There isn't a 100% accurate program developed to detect whether you have been blocked. Also it is against person privacy and will be classified as spyware thus few program been developed. Although they are spyware themselves and may have virus that will cause scripted spamming through opening convo and advertising the program.

You used to, now Microsoft has patched it so you cant. There was also a really big virus a month or so ago and it was called a block checker. It was just a virus.

i m sure on msn does have a block tool where you can block the people you dont want them iming you on the instant messeger . it aliie such if you have yahoo instant messenger also then you should know how to do it . if you had im her or his messeger then it will tel you the person had blocked you how it will show up on the box .

If you reli need to find out if sum1s blocked you just ask a friend to add him/her and then if there online on theres and offline on urs then they have.

Use another program else then WLM.
You can use Pidgin, all your contacts are on a smae software, and you can know who's blocking you :D

in simple terms good click on their nickname and then click on delete touch and you get a warning element that facilitates you to dam them and delete them out of your record. verify the two and click ok and you are going to be completed. good luck
