DON'T GO WITH RENT A WRECK unless it is a last resort. You get what you pay for. I've had to pick up customers whose Rent A Wrecks broke down in the middle of the highway.
Try Toyota Rent A Car. Check online or at your local Toyota Dealership.

I don't know about MN, but we have one called Rent-a-wreck. They have cars that are several years old and not the new ones. They can rent cheaper since their costs are not that high. They may have something like that where you are heading. Don't look for a booth at the airport or anything.
