No point in lying around in bed. I'm not going to get tea and sympathy there. Snuggle up on the couch and get in everybody's way.

I jump out of bed with all the good will in the world i have more energy and life than ever before, I feel fantastic....Then....it gets to 3pm and the drink is starting to wear off my teeth start to grow fir and there is a gremlin inside my gut twisting my intestines and it has a friend sticking pins in my brain. I then have to lay on the sofa and pray for death or hope a magic beer fair comes and brings me the hair of the dog. Failing that the handover will last 2-3 days so then I blame it on something I ate as I know I can handle my drink! lol

Like a lot of others on here when I was younger I could recover faster. Now I go out drink and the following day I am dying a death and cannot face anything.

When I was younger I did. Now I don't drink much anymore because I can't handle the hangovers.
