My girlfriend just had a boob job. She looks spectacular!!! However, in the "be careful what you wish for" vein, now she's having a hard time finding clothes and lingerie. Her measurements are 40DD bust, 36D to DD bra, 33, 40 with a bubble butt.
Surely there are a bunch of gals out there who've solved this problem. Where are the best places for us to look for clothes for her--both online and brick and mortar.
On a related topic, is there a store or site that handles really sexy high heel pumps in narrow sizes?

I'm NOT trying to make her look like anything. We're just like anyone else: in public she's completely the lady and in private, we're whoever we want to be for each other.

It sounds like you are trying to make your girlfriend dress like a stripper. Plus size lingerie can be found at Lane Bryant and Avenue stores. I hope she got the boob job for herself and not for you.

You asked this question twice already (TLNs)... except in those questions, you say she is not plus size. Here, she sounds like she is. And your question asks about lingerie. Not clothes.
