During the months of December and January is the best time to visit Dubai. Nice weather also you can benefit from the amazing Dubai shopping festival. Many hotels and airlines will offer special packages for visitors during this period.

i've lived there for about a year and a half, and best time is around december since it's not that hot and it's even cold at nights. the dubai shopping festival is also happening so you'll get more shopping power out of your money.

the weather startes ti cool down in SPT, but the weather is the best between OCT -- MAR
if u dont like the crowd id say NOV or FEB
but u will miss the discounts of DEC and JAN
