I do it all the time! I HATE shoes - my feet get all stuffy feeling and icky. If I can slip my feet out of whatever I'm wearing, I will.
But - anything that requires effort to put on and take off, like laced up shoes or sneakers, I just resign myself to wearing them.

I do it when I'm sitting at a table or my desk at work. Shoes are so constrictive, especially some women's shoes. It's nice to move my feet around when I have the opportunity. It never seemed to offend anyone. Actually, guys look and smile when I do it.

I think because when we get bored our leg muscles want to move, so we slip our feet out of our shoes to get rid of the energy in our legs.

in the event that they're taking them off at their table and not walking around the workplace barefoot, i do no longer see a project with it. My ft are killing me on the instant. I wore a sparkling pair of trainers that scratched the returned of my ft. They weren't heels or stilettos. They have been apartments! Thank God that I had a pair of sandals to positioned on rather or I too could've been barefoot till it replaced into time to pass abode. lol

girls get all freaked and grossed out for some reason when there feet get hot and sweaty, its no big deal its normal but im guessing they want to cool there feet off

I know a lot of teenagers do it. I can't understand why because it ruins the shoes.

to show off the insides of my shoes, i guess. it's just an annoying habit i have.

Im a antsy person. I rarely sit still.
