Thank you all for your answers (sincerely)... I am referring to the Bin Laden tape that literally threatened any state that supported Bush....Did you guys not see this in the last election cycle?

They didn't endorse Kerry. They wanted Bush because they knew that with Bush in the White House, they could get away with anything, like they did on 9/11. You'll notice they never tried anything like that while the Democrat, the smart man, was President.

Al Qaeda is, I think, dismissive of the democratic process (as opposed to the democratic party) and probably could care less who wins an election. What they do seem to believe is that America will be vulnerable early in a new President's administration. At least, that's how both WTC attacks were timed.

To the answerer below me. It is absolutely critical that you learn that Republican does not mean Christian. If you'd like to know what Christian means, there's a wonderful book called "The Bible" which could give you a lot of insight.
