I can't financially afford to live on my income alone. What are my options?

Finding temporary support from your family (parents), have him pay child support, apply for financial aid. Use that money to go to school and also find a part-time job helping your parents with some bills, so they won't look at you as a free loader

You should be thinking of your son, who will be very hurt by the breakup as he is being hurt already because his parents aren't married. Seek counseling if possible to work towards a stable family arrangement for your child and secondly for yourself. You had your child when you were too young! But it's not too late to fix things.

go to school and get better skills.
you need to get child support and try to get some alimony.
move back in with your parents
apply for food stamps
move to a cheaper place
get a cheaper car
take in roommates
mainly get on track to increase your income
