What are the little spinny propellers for in the train tunnel? Are they purely decorative? There sure are a lot of them.

Its art, there are a few diffrent kinds of displays in the diffrent tunnels. Would be cool if you could actually watch them spin really well.

Purely decorative. Differently parts of the tunnels have different stuff on the walls.
