There is a volcano in La Palma and if that volcano explodes it willl create a huge wave (a mega tsunami) that can be more than 500 meters tall and that will have 3 trillions of kinetic energy. And this can happen ANY TIME and ANYWHERE. Not just in Hawaii. But watch this for more information: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lv_60IEIGmE

When will this happen? Will this be before the giant 9.0 + earthquake centered around Memphis, or before the long over due comet slams into the earth, or before the global EM field pole shift which can happen any time, or before the outbreak of a new incurable disease that has mutated thanks to antibiotics to be a swift killer, or before the worlds largest caldera (Yellowstone Park) finally lets go killing an estimated 48% of America over six months, or before killer bees sting us all to death, or before the promised alien invasion, or before the terroist poison or water supplies, or before the next race war in America, or before we all die due to Chineese factories negligence. I can keep going on and on. The fact is that damn volcano in La Palma will have to take a number if it wants to kill me.

Honestly, I can't compare this to other things that has happened that were way worse! I mean, people freak out over nothing. There's nothing to worry about. Nobody's going to die, so don't worry!!! Besides, try to compare the one in Yellowstone. There are a lot of more dangerous things in life that we need to be clear with. If you think about it, there are bigger and more dangerous volcanos we should watch out for. I live in New Jersey, and I didn't hear about this on the news, or anywhere else. Until I see this on the news or on the weather, I can look into it, but for now...this is hard to compare to the other dangerous things that has already happened long time ago. Not only that, read this!!!

They fear that a massive landslide following a major volcanic eruption in the Canary Islands would send a 300-foot wave across the Atlantic, causing devastation to coastal towns and cities.

British and U.S. scientists who have issued the warning predict that, in the worst-case scenario, the tidal wave would destroy the coasts of Florida and Brazil.

But the Western Sahara, Portugal, Spain, France and parts of the UK would also be hit.

They fear that the mega-wave -- know as a tsunami -- could be generated by part of a mountain twice the size of Britain's Isle of Man crashing into the sea following an eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano on La Palma, in the Canary Islands -- part of the Spanish island chain off West Africa.

Travelling at speeds of up to 500mph, the tsunami would be an unstoppable force and would be the biggest-ever recorded in history.

Previous research by Dr Simon Day, of the Benfield Greig Hazard Research Centre at University College London predicted that a future eruption of Cumbre Vieja was likely to cause the western flank of the mountain to slide into the sea.

The energy released by the collapse would be equal to the electricity consumption of the entire U.S. in six months.

Ow you poor little thing, your so cute. Firstly relax becayse your not gonna die from a thunderstorm, you might faint at the very worse. This sounds like a serious fear, your lucky to have your mother, I don't have one but I'm an adult now. I suggest you get some sort of help for your fear of thunderstorms, pehaps therapy or even hypnosis - although I've never had hypnosis & don't know if it really works, some swear by it most say it's a bunch of cr@p. G'luck with it all. BTW please read the note I left for you on the last question I answered of yours:)

When someone's time is up... there's nothing in the whole universe that could stop his/her death... other than God...

Now... even if u or me or anyone, who is supposed to die when the volcano explodes, moves to the moon... trust me... something would happen at the moon... bcz our time was already up...

Calm Down! I'm sure they can solve this problem somehow, if not people should work on making underwater homes.

Yes, we are all doomed to die the moment we are born. Don't be afraid though, it's not so bad
