I would suggest you tell her when the two of you are alone in case she doesn't feel the same way. You could start out by telling her how special she is and how much you enjoy spending time with her and then casually slip in that you love her. Or, if you think it would be better, tell her you think you are falling in love with her. Remember, you are somewhat putting her on the spot. She might not say she loves you so try to make the best of it.
