It's just that most people keeping saying the parents are suffering, yes they are, but Madeleines suffered a lot worse, and maybe lost her life through her parents neglect.

Clio,
You are right, so why do people feel sorry for the McCans, when they neglected Madeleine in the first place?

Parents will keep neglecting children, if we keep feeling sorry for them, when they do.

it is a sad fact and not likely to change because you have kids 13 or even younger getting pregnant by losers cause at this age these kids should be playing with dolls not making babies or having sex with anyone! and parents have their own issues no education or training for decent employment and drug and booze problems.it is sad how many people think that weekends are to party get drunk and high.it is sad that they have no goals or ambition to make a better life and yes the children do suffer, always.

I'm afraid you are over optimistic. Child neglect, abuse and murder just go on and on.Until such time as severe punishments are handed out to the culprits nothing will change.

If they succeed in having all abortions banned you can look forward to seeing much suffering from children who were not wanted from the beginning.
