I just checked and rey is listed between 140 and 170lbs .
Asking the question again using under 200lbs does he fair better on your list?
I liked him till he went to WWE became all about doing one move(619)

ummm Chavo weighs 210 he has more cruserweight titles then Rey but rey was World Champion so not Chavo.
Carlito weighs 220 but he dosent have the belts to prove he is better then Rey Rey in a match I think 619 would win. So Carlito is out
Ultimo Dargon this guy is da bomb people said that Rey was the next ultimo dargon when he was younger, but I think Dargon is on a whole diff level he should of had a title shot but when his in his prime there was Bret Hart,Psycho Sid,HBK. And there was no room for Ultimo to Main Event the shows.
So to answer ur question yes Ultimo Dragon is the best wrestler under 200lbs. With Rey Mysterio in 2nd

hell no...you have Taka Michinoku, Spike Dudley, Tajiri just to name a few that are a lil bit better than Rey...Rey of WCW was the best wrestler...junked up Rey of today isnt really all that now...
i completely forgot some of the luchadores that came through WCW and WWE...and also dean malenko
