Well, there are two facets to Fox News. One is the commentary programming (O'Reilly, Cavuto, etc), which is on for about 23 hours a day. This is obviously biased in a way that makes it incredibly entertaining.
The other is the programming like Fox News Sunday and Special Report with Brit Hume which are on for about 1 hour a day. This side of things has only a very mild conservative bent - certainly no worse than the left-leaning bent of most of the other networks - and is generally quite well done.

It seems that the democrats have bias if they won't go on most Fox shows. The fact that Fox goes out of their way to get the crazy liberal opinion and put it side by side with a normal opinion should prove that they are not biased.
Now for the show that cuts off the mic...that would be O'Reilly, and he advertises his show as the "no spin zone". The rules are, he asks the questions, and you answer the question he asks...or it gets ugly. Dems are used to sticking to talking points, and avoiding tough questions, so they stick to CNN or MSNBC.

When people don't answer the question but go on to their rants your mic should be cut off.
Name calling oh really!
How about the democrats who go to KOS which has on their web site that Lieberman should be gassed?
They have no problem going there for a debate.
Fox does have a bias and so does CNN.
Explain to me why CNN is will to show our troops being shot but not willing to show cartoons as not to offend Muslims.
If you don't like Fox fine that is your choice.
The republicans will show up and face those news organization they don't agree with so why can't democrats show the same kind of courage.
Why is only a conservative bias wrong while a liberal bias is OK?
Please explain why we need a fairness docterine only on talk radio but not any other forms of media.
I am sorry there is more than one side to the story and it may trouble you to know the that liberals aren't prefect, but I do have a parting thought.
I turn on the tube and what do I see
A whole lotta people cryin' 'Don't blame me'
They point their crooked little fingers ar everybody else
Spend all their time feelin' sorry for themselves
Victim of this, victim of that
Your momma's too thin; your daddy's too fat
Get over it
Get over it
All this whinin' and cryin' and pitchin' a fit
Get over it, get over it
You say you haven't been the same since you had your little crash
But you might feel better if I gave you some cash
The more I think about it, Old Billy was right
Let's kill all the lawyers, kill 'em tonight
You don't want to work, you want to live like a king
But the big, bad world doesn't owe you a thing
Get over it
Get over it
If you don't want to play, then you might as well split
Get over it, Get over it
It's like going to confession every time I hear you speak
You're makin' the most of your losin' streak
Some call it sick, but I call it weak
You drag it around like a ball and chain
You wallow in the guilt; you wallow in the pain
You wave it like a flag, you wear it like a crown
Got your mind in the gutter, bringin' everybody down
Complain about the present and blame it on the past
I'd like to find your inner child and kick its little ***
Get over it
Get over it
All this bitchin' and moanin' and pitchin' a fit
Get over it, get over it
Get over it
Get over it
It's gotta stop sometime, so why don't you quit
Get over it, get over it

Unfortunately, bias exists in all forms of media. Bias exists in human beings and human beings run the media outlets. I tend to watch BBC America as they at least tone it down a little. That's why it is best to read and watch from various sources. Try to pull out the facts as you interpret them. Otherwise, you're just regurgitating someone else's personal bias.

Yes, FOX is biased. Very biased. That said, I am not sure why anyone gets their news from ANY of the television news channels. All the news channels have a bias. Perhaps it is not as extreme as Fox's, but they all have their biases. The important thing is recognizing the bias, and sorting through the information appropriately with the knowledge that they are biased. In a sense, that makes Fox News a good source. Their bias is obvious and blatant, making is simple to tune out the politics and figure out what the real news is.
That said, I wouldn't bother with them OR the other news channels. You can get better, more accurate news online at Associated Press or BBC.

The only people that will answer this question are people who are conservatively biased themselves; therefore not realizing that their favorite news channel is their favorite for the simple reason it tells them what they want to hear.
A lot of other media DOES have a liberal bias, however, I doubt its all of it. CBS/ABC I've noticed this. Sometimes, I wonder though, if people complain just because somebody is trying to be too politically correct.

Why do you care ?
If you don't like it, turn the channel.
The same goes for CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC.
People spend way to much time arguing over talking heads on their TV.
The networks stopped being independent factual sources of news back in the 1960's.
Nothing has changed since.

Who in the world can say that CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc is not liberally biased????? Studies have been done and have concluded the mainstream media is left leaning. So even IF Fox is biased to the right, who cares???? It's one out of many. Also, FOX beats all the forementioned news stations in the ratings. I just think it's jealousy that more people are watching FOX than CNN.
LOL. MR TACO....BBC is proclaimed liberally biased.

Every one in the media leans one way or the other there is not one that is truly unbiased.
Fox news is a joke but one has to listen to it to know what the Republicans are up to.
Fox News is Lil' Bush's outlet for his propaganda. They will tell us exactly what he tells them he wants broadcast to us.
But like I said.... They all have their favorites so listen to them all and you'll be better informed than those that just listen to one.
