I am a successful man in my 40's. She's in her late 20's and married a year ago. I'm not sure she's even aware she does this.
We are pretty good friends, but I have absolutely no interest in her in any other way. We've known each other for 2 years.
She looks me over when we talk, but seems unaware she's doing it. In my experience at the office, It seems a little unusual. What is going on with her?

Some people, particularly those in that age group, think it's perfectly fine to groom and primp in public. That could be it and you're just reading too much into it.

She is just putting on lip gloss, when she changes clothes in front of you, them you might have some concerns.

believe me,shes aware of her actions,shes just waiting for you to reciprocate.
you may need to tell her that you are not interested because she doesnt seem to be getting the hint.
