Hey man, I tried looking absolutely everywhere I could think of. The symbols translated are "New Immortal Eccentricity Variant XP Version". I don't know if that will help out at all. But like I said, I looked everywhere that I know of, and couldn't find anything on it. Sorry man.

Yo! Dude! According to the official website, this is a limited edition game. They sold it back in 2005/2/3 in Taiwan.
