Jesus, I can surely relate. Sorry for the bs in your life, and I'm sure most of it is not by your own doing.
Do what I do...have a Red Bull to get rid of the headache and take a mental health day off from work. Start eliminating the smallest problem, and work up from there.
It'll come together. Stay strong, and keep going.

Go for a walk when you come back write down everything that's bothering you,go talk with a friend your problems will be manageable just need to step back to look at your solutions good luck
