i donn't get name, fame and prosperity. can anyone suggest ways to achieve it? plz.

You didn't say what your career is....
If you flip burgers, you probably won't.
If on the other hand you have a budding career in a good field, try writing. Get the trade journals for your profession. Read what is important.
Research a subject until you can speak on that subject wisley. Then write an article about it and submit it to the journals. Get an article or two published and your name will circulate. Soon you might find that people consider you an expert in your field.

Always give your best in every task assigned to you and come up with the best results. Be efficient and effective. Do your work without stepping on anyone else's toes. Be humble. Most of all, love your work and be dedicated to it.
That way you'll get high performance ratings, you'll get noticed, and you'll get opportunities for career growth and advancement.
