Feel good right NOW, don't worry about feeling good "all the time" just feel good right now.

Otherwise, try the following, I find this works for me:

1) Whenever you start to think anything negative, put a stop to it immediately. Watch your mind, it will only make you feel even worse if you decide to brood over your problems.

2) Go to the mirror, and smile at yourself - a real cheesy smile, and then start laughing.

3) Listen to some good music, lol, like this familiar one I stumbled across today:

4) Get a pet - you can talk to it, and show affection towards it openly without it judging you like humans usually do. Cats and dogs are good therapy for the lonely person.

5) Find yourself a nice girlfriend/boyfriend, and don't take them for granted, or let them take you for granted.

6) Spend some time with your friends, keep in touch, and go out often just to have a good time with company.

There are heaps more things...

Impossible. American culture has created a 'feel good all the time environment', but, in life there are good times and there are bad. Just get use to it...and, keep on truckin'.

i think you have asked this question before. you cant. unless you take Ecstasy continuously. being a balanced person takes into account experiencing all kinds of emotions. you have to experience sadness know what it is to be happy. get it? how do you know what you're feeling is happiness when you don't know anything else. you have to have something to compare it with. having happy things happen to you all the time would be kind of boring later on.
