Asian and indian man generally get away with what they want when it comes to women.Asian women on the other hand have been so oppressed over the years that if an asian girl got with a white boy or anyone that the family didnt agree with even in todays society they run the risk of at least being shunned by family and friends and at worst mercy killings still happen..

Not in America. No one is against white men dating Asian women. Don't pull false propaganda out of your rectal cavity. It is the other way around. White men are so insecure that they will spit in the face of a white women who dates an Asian man.

I always thought it was pretty common for a white man to date an Asian girl- I've seen a lot of couples actually. But I think the same should go both ways. No one should oppose either.

Should not be a problem in our mixed society,but I think both parties should be aware of potential cultural differences if they are going for a long term relationship.The expectations of both may be totally different.
Asian young women can be very attractive,so why shouldn't a white man date her as with any other person.I would have thought that it is the young women who have the problem with their families.I do not know anyone who is against a white man dating an attractive girl of any race-if they are they are probably jealous!

I am a white guy married to an Asian lady, and I have had no problems gaining acceptance from my family and friends. I think that if there are people that do have problems, then it reflects more about them than it does about you, and you should not pay any attention to what they may say.

I have never noticed such a thing. I have friends in both groups. (married even) and they are either accepted by reasonable people or not accepted by bigots without regard to who is Asian or who is white.

My bf is from Sri Lanka. When we first started dating 13 yrs ago I kind of got used to the nasty looks from white men, but we didn't let it bother us at all. F*** em! Thats what I say.
More recently though, I've started to notice nasty looks from Asian girls when we are out together, but as I said before I don't let it bother me.
