Ways to increase efficiency in a buisiness?

My dad is making me write a 3 page paper of how to increase effiency in the buisiness he owns because I have nothing to do at work

Include Lowering Costs, Increasing Production,

Ok one im the owners son, I cant be fired, in 20 years I'll be the owner

Two, My dad doesent care what i write about he is just preparing my writing for college, and business ideas. My dad would not pay you to do that. He owns the largest black owned company in New Jersey

This requires a detailed analysis of the business. Something that I can't do over the internet. If your father is truly interested, I'm available for $100/hour plus expenses.

Just an idea, but I'd fire anyone who 'has nothing to do at work.'
