I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess. If the historical dimension means all of the recorded events of time which we hold in our individual and collective memories, then that is our own individual lives and how we fit into everyday society, culture, etc. The Ultimate dimension would be what we can't actually see, but what we envision or strive for, both as individuals and as a society. Make sense? I hope so.

Have you ever embraced hidden intratravel (among independent archives of soul)? Not knowing you, given breadth and likely perception as suggested by your inquiries, I would think I were among an angel of the universe, at least one of explicit spirit or wisdom, or of related implicit design.
Because such do not answer your query, nonetheless that it might not offend you of sincere importance to me.
ANSWER: to live in an historical dimension I would define as physical existence in this world, but much moreso as one of a "mindset" as some would describe such of some specific lineage, belief, chronology and related report. To touch the ultimate dimension, foremost unlikely if not in fact literally impossible, given limitations of the human mind. One can not envision a boundary unknown.

I'm not exactly sure of the meaning you are looking for. The way I understand your question, (which is not the only way it can be understood) I would say that it means someone is very experienced in both routine life and transcendence of consciousness. So this is an admirably skilled person who does not spill the beans so to speak, while looking directly at the sun.

It means having an awareness of being in a body in the here and now, while internally being aware of the 'divine' potential which brought you here and guides you in manifesting that ideal.
Reality is multi-dimensional - not separate but layered. Each of us has a unique, abstract concept of the divine reality which most people never reconnect to. Their programmed defensive ego is too loud, its fears and attachments to 'littleness' too strong.
When you return to being the authentic Self - and remember what you are deadly serious about - reality can synchronize with that true identity and purpose.

we live in the now with repressed memories of how past of good or bad.the two are closely connected together i would say.dreams and ideas humanity are driven by brings the two realms together or very close.
