Its black but I want it another color

The fact that it is black indicates it is absorbing all the light from the sun.
If you changed the color it would be reflecting that color and it's efficiency would be reduced by that much.

If you covered the solar cells with green light-filter gel material it would not reduce the efficiency that much, and you'd have a nice dark green. Other than that I can't recommend much.

The color is that of the materials required for the electrochemical reaction that produces electric current. If you tried to paint or dye the cell, it would not work any more.
