Hair: if your hair is short and is a boyish cut, make sure you don't have any styling products that make it stand up/gelled up. You can use gel on the ends of the strands to make them stray out (if your hair is long enough for that). If you gel the ends, make sure it's made into small bunches to give a girly look. Otherwise, use extensions and stick them to your hairline, or use a wig you can find at Claire's, and Ardene.
Outfit: Don't go for a top and bottom look, go for a nice poofy-like dress that reaches your knees. Pink, yellow, and white work best! You can find some girly dresses at Wal-Mart for cheap prices that look really nice for little girls. Don't go for any tunic dresses because they will accent your male build. A little poofy for a fabric will hide that build. You can wear stockings/leggings/tights under the dress and then wear dress shoes or flats. Black ballet flats work best. You can find those at payless shoes, or wal-mart. If you don't want to wear leggings, go for a dress that goes past the knees and will hide most of your more muscled legs.
Shoes: yes flats, sneaker flats, or dress shoes.
Accessories: Go to your local claire's or ardenes and find a headband or hair band that matches your outfit. Take along a sister (if you have one) or a girl classmate to help you choose. Wear matching bracelets and a necklace if you want. At Claire's and Ardenes they have very affordable prices. ^^
If you want you can go for a tote bag or a hand bag to match. Find them at wal-mart or Ardenes.
Face: If your face has a very distinct male look, go and find a match foundation (take a sister or a girl classmate to help) and wear it on your face to give a girl shine to your skin. Wear lipgloss (I suggest the brand Lipsmackers) and then you are about done. You can wear eye make up if you want. Just have a girl colleague help.
Well that's about it. It was fun kinda to make these instructions....you doing this for drama class? My bro's friend had to be a little girl once for a drama class presentation....

Get up in the morning, take a shower or otherwise bathe, eat your cereal, and then get dressed. That's how little girls do it.

tight jeans. but i dont recommend it. youre too young to dress like a girl and it will make things hard on you at an early age.
