This is an odd question.

What's so special about that number?

One of the things that comes to mind is the fact that, as you said, the number only has digits.

I also see that none of the numbers repeat.

I also see that every number on the right is smaller than the number to its left except when it comes to the relationship between 1 and 9.

you can divide the number from 1 through 86 and get an integer value
