100x as large could mean 100 times as long, as wide, as high, as big volume, or whatever.

If you assume it means that the volume goes up 100-fold, and everything stays in proportion, than each dimension goes up by a factor of the cube root of 100.
The mass goes up by a factor of 100
The mass lifted goes up by a factor of 100

If you assume that the length goes up by 100--2 meter ant--then the masses and volumes go up by a factor of a million.

In scaling up a phyical entity, such as your ant,
you have to consider the 'square/cube law`.
Your ant is now 100 times as long,
Weighs 1,000,000 times as much,
but can only support 10,000 times the weight.
It could not even stand up.
Understand that weight increases by volume - (a cube of the scale),
while strength icreases by the cross sectional area - (a square of the scale).
