I recall the Seekers. I'm a big Bob Dylan fan and I recall they had a version of Blowin' in the Wind and Times They Are A Changin'. I also seem to recall they did a song called Turn, Turn, Turn which I liked a lot.

I know they had some others I liked too but don't recall them at the moment (I could be having a senior moment since I turned 60 a few days ago). I do know they were good and were one of the early bands from Australia to do well in the US.

The Seekers (an Australian group) has been around for a looooong time! Most (if not all) of their songs are reworks. Their first album (yup vinyl!) was release in 1962 the venue was folk music and gospel. Some song like "Kumbaya", "Children go Where I Send You" and "The Hammer Song" are some that I remember well, also "I'll Never Find Another You'" (1964) that has since been adopted as the "World Wide Marriage Encounter" theme song, and Georgy Girl that came out in 1967.
Believe it or not in October of 1997 they released another album as well called ":Future Roads". BTW, I'll be 57 in a couple of weeks!
