Someone say I need to go to the Bathroom, which one is more likely to make you stop the soonest?
I need to take a whicked s hit or I need to take a major leak?

Depends on gender. If male, stopping for the #1 first, cause that can be done on the side of the road. If female it does not matter, in both cases they need a toilet.

The major pee, cuz that can be down anywhere, I rather not bare my@ss in public, I probly could hold out longer. But if it is not your car and they are not really friends, it might be funny to push the limits...

It doesn't matter, I'd pull over for both. Because both can cause a major problem if the person doesn't get to "Go", and if it was ME that had to go, I'd hope the driver would pull over for me!

For me it would have to be "I need to throw up" because 9 times out of 10 they will sh*t their pants as well.... LOL ; p
