Everyone is different. I have mine for 5-7, but when I was in high school doing track and cross country I would skip periods for 2 months at a time, and when I had them it would only be for 3 days. There is nothing wrong with this... However, if this is different from your normal periods, you may want to consult your doctor and make sure that everything is ok. Sometimes birth control will cause irregularity at first too.

Yes there is nothing wrong with you. You are actually very lucky. Every woman's cycle is different. Some women have a period for up to 2 weeks at a time. If you are still concerned ask your doctor at your next check up

Yes that is a normal time, be happy it could be longer. If it has changed like it used to be 7 days and now this time it was only 3 you may want to talk to your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong.

how old are you? if this is how you've been doing for months or years, yes! if you started your periods like for 4days a month for a year or so.I may question it.Visit your doctor.Stress can throw women's cycle off.Of course pregnancy. And intense physcial training can change your cycle! Women ,have so many different cycle times, from light spotting a few days ,to 7 days and cramping. Take care!

Yeah, in fact you should consider yourself lucky for having it that short. Everyone's periods are different, and you might have some that last a lot longer in comparison. Mine's typically only a day longer than that.

Yes, you are extremely lucky that it is so short.

Mine are severly irregular. Mine last from 7 days to two weeks at a time and once I had two periods in one month.

Yes, it's fine. Mine lasts from 3-4 days usually. I was told by my doctor that it just depends on the person.
