no it's not strange.
it could mean she doesn't want to have sex with a certain person, cause they don't find them sexually appealing. it's not strange to not want to lay with your legs open for every tom, dick, and harry.
they are not dumb, they're rather smart.

I think it's even healthy to not want to be with anyone at certain times. Some people jump from one relationship to another because they can't face loneliness, and they become dependent on other people. Some women refuse to act this way and prefer to be alone for a while focusing on their career and working on themselves and being emotionally independent until the right person comes along at the right moment. I don't think they're plain dumb, in fact I think they are very smart.

If someone enjoys being single that's great.
If someone isn't interested in sex.. that's great too.
But if there are intimacy problems that can be solved,
and inside they truly want intimacy and a problem is holding them back... get help and solve it.
If it's just a personal choice.... More power to ya!

Frankly, no... We sometimes come to that stage. Call it celibacy.. And it's always by choice. Others prefer to be single than take chances half heartedly.
