Diss? I suppose you mean 'disrespect', rather than the town in Norfolk. UK.
He's an entertainer, and some people like him.
he's never been (or going to be) cutting edge or raw.
you'll never expect him to sing about the same things as (for example) Eminem. He's a lounge singer, an entertainer for 'women of a certain age'
What is there to 'diss'? the fact that you don't like his music?

Why would anyone "diss" the concorde-nosed singer? If you like naff, softy music and songs about people getting shot in cabaret bars, Barry is for you! I think he and Barbra Streisand would make a good duet, with their huge noses!

Why would you want to diss him what have he ever done to you...he has brought us fine music like Mandy, I write the songs and the classic Copacabana. So NO it isn't fair to diss him

No it isn't. People who do, have no real appreciation of music. Manilow might'nt be to everyone's taste, but there's no question that he's a talented musician.
