For Child development, what did he do? i know about the Oedipal stages...but i need to know hands on, what made him decide to study children and what not....what made him be the first to say his theory of children growing? any other good info would be nice

freud discovered the ego, superego, and id...all of these develop (id you are born with) in early childhood, since all of your decisions are based on the subconscious and it develops as a child, he began studying children to see how certain behaviors are caused in early childhood..hes the father of psychoanalysis and was also a very serious cokehead---not joking
