The Yankees' comeback has been long and drawn out for the most part, making up 10 games in over 2 months. The Red Sox have just been playing unemotionally lately since they've had the lead for so long. This win was exactly what they needed to wake up. As for the Yankees, I'm sure one blowout isn't gonna stop them from continuing to fight.

Maybe. The Red Sox have nothing to worry about, they will win the division. The Yankees are to old with shaky pitching, as seen last night against the O's. They will NOT win the Wild Card. The Red Sox are going to the playoffs, how far they get is another story.

It might be a momentum swing for the Sox, because they needed an emotional win like that. They have only one other come from behind in the late ininings win this year. The first thing I said last night after they won was, maybe this will be the thing to kick them in full gear! As far as the Yanks go, they will bounce back I am sure. Although, they have a tough game today against the Orioles and their number one pitcher.

No. The shift of momentum occurred last week, when the Yanks went on a tear and Boston hit the skids. So the Yanks got blown out last night. They were on a, what, seven or eight game win streak. They were bound to lose a game sooner or later. Last night didn't change anything.
THE YANKEES ARE COMING THE YANKEES ARE COMING!!!!

No. It was one day in the season. It was a lot less symbolic than last friday when the Yankees came back with a big finish while Boston had Igawa and Gagme blowing a game.
The Yankees have been on a tear in which they have been winning 3 out of 4 games for 6 weeks. That means they lose 1 out of 4. When they lose they have tended to be blown out. Last night they had a guy pitching who is coming back from a broken leg earlier this season. They were mourning one their most beloved family members.
The march continues tonight!

No way. We'll see at 1:05pm today and then onto the Tigers. We'll see a shift. Remember we were 14 1/2 games back in June now 5. That's a momentum shift.
