About a week ago my husband had a pain that felt like a bruise on one of his testicles. Then it went away and he thought nothing of it, last night it came back. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen, he will go to the doctor if it continues. He doesn't have any STD's and has not been hit in his nether regions. It's only happened 2 times and then goes away completely. He said the best way he can describe it is that someone just thumped him in his testicles. Any answers would be helpful? It doesn't happen when he lifts or anything both times he was just sitting there and had the pain.

they could just be hanging a little lower than they normal do and when he crosses his legs one gets hung up a little, ouch let me tell you. I don't remember right away but then later I think darn they sure do hurt and think why is that. In a few hours it stops hurting.
they could be adjusting to everyday life, sometime without knowing it we might bump them or they get handled a little to ruff. Think of them like ur breast, sometime they are sore from a number of reasons and other time they are good to go.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/b8FaE
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

He has an infection or something. I never had any project with my vasectomy. My chum sweat into his suture and had an infection that sounds resembling what you're describing. Antibiotics, ice, and anti-inflamitories fastened him up.
