No - the amount of times i have wished for a woman to take the reigns, sometimes i can be too shy and i've known someone has liked me, but i just couldn't find the right time or whatever - i've wished that the girl would just come over and say something, even if he's not interested it's a really impressive thing to do and attractive in itself...i think we all day dream about someone just coming along and telling it how it is - i've tried it a few times and been lucky enough for it to work but other times, well - it's dam hard and should be shared between the sexes :)

There is nothing wrong with a woman making her move if the guy is too shy to make the moves himself.

I think it's a good thing. Some times, guys are either too shy or just afraid of rejection. If the woman doesn't ask, they might both miss out on a wonderful relationship.

Hes probably waiting for you to make the first move. Some guys are rejection fobic. In other words they dont like anything negative projected their way, it hurts their feelings so they then wait with sweaty palms for the other to make the first move.. so.. theres only one thing left to do.. and you dont need any of us here to tell you what that is, accept.. Pucker up!!

If you want something to happen then by all means go for it! It's not like its the law for a guy to make a move, most guys think its extremely attractive when a girl makes the first move.

Everything is allowed in love and war :)
It certainly is not wrong for a woman 2 make a move... otherwise she might get all gray and wrinkled while waiting...

yes, i had a shy guy friend once and he was so so shy that he didn't open up that much to me even after i had known him for 8 years and been his best friend, any way, it's really hard for a shy guy to make a move on a girl, and if the guy asks her out to volunteer or to a concert, it takes alot of guts from him...
Cheers

Absolutely, what makes a woman different from making the first move. I think she is really confident, and a go getter. I take my hat off for woman that can..

its never wrong for a woman to make a move on a man unless you think that his "shyness" is actually something more, like fear or anxiety- as in he hasn't made a move because he doesn't want to, so you shouldn't either.
but other than that- go get him :)
